National Peanut Butter Lovers Month

A family smiling while they share a Thanksgiving dinner together
Fall brings so much change to the seasons. The leaves have changed, fall outfits are in full swing, and the food shifts towards warmer and heartier meals. One thing that doesn’t change is how much we love peanut butter. In fact, here in North East, MD, November is National Peanut Butter Lovers month! We want you to get the best out of this delicious holiday, so we’ve put together a list of our favorite peanut butter-based dishes for you to serve for guests or just make for yourself this month.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Pie

“Fluffy, dreamy and filled with a heavenly peanut butter pudding, this chilled pie is sure to be a hit. Don't skimp on the chocolate chip and peanut topping — it provides a contrasting texture to all of the creaminess.” This pie will make you the talk on the block this November. It has all the peanut butter and chocolate flavor you love in a candy bar with just the right amount of saltiness from the pie crust.

Peanut Butter Caramel Swirled Brownies

Bobby Flay calls this "a stealth peanut butter brownie" because although you can't see the PB, it's marbled in with the caramel swirl. For this recipe, you’ll need heavy cream, sugar, water, peanut butter, corn syrup, sea salt, vanilla, butter, unsweetened chocolate, espresso powder, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and flour. Make sure you have all the ingredients you need before you get going!

Crunchy Peanut Butter S’more Bites

“Peanut butter, chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallow come together into bite-size treats perfect for your cookie tin.” This is a simple recipe that will blow everyone’s mind. All you’ll need is crunchy peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, graham crackers, marshmallow fluff, coconut flakes (optional for taste), and puffed rice cereal.

We LOVE peanut butter here at The Apartments at Charlestown Crossing, and that’s why we couldn’t let a month as momentous as this pass us by. What kind of peanut butter treats will you be making during National Peanut Butter Lovers Month? Leave us a comment and let us know!
